• Please check the schedule 8 hours prior to the rental open house, because for unknown reasons the schedule changes from time to time. 

• Applicate agrees to accept the rental in as-is condition.  Special requests must be pre-approved in writing by the Monzo Group Rental Manager before the lease signing.
