Ray Bookwalter's mission is to focus on property management, condo transactions, and senior housing.  Ray Bookwalter was the founding partner of RJ Holding Investments, LLC, based in southeastern Michigan, which includes over ten years as a Real Estate industry veteran and has represented investors and the family group in a wide array of real estate transactions.

 

Ray has a long record of successfully guiding local and national with real estate acquisition, lease obligations, asset reposition, and dispositions.  Ray’s experience ranges from sales, leasing, property management, and property rehab.

 

Ray Bookwalter is excited about applying his expertise and market knowledge that consistently exceeds the client's goals of the client — besides being an active volunteer with Grace Community Church and a lead software developer for non-profit organizations.

 

Ray Bookwalter achieved several educational milestones, and they are the following: Bachelor of Science from Lawrence Technology University, Project Management Certification from George Washington University to name a few.
