Apply for the electric and gas utility confirmation online upon immediately receiving approval. Kindly, send the confirmation number for each utility to RentalByRay@gmail.com to start the rental agreement formal process.
- Electric & Gas Utilities = Must be in the name of one of the tenants on the lease prior to moving in. (If applicable)

Our family is excited that you have selected us to assist with your new home search. We aim to finish your last transition step to please our customers and turn you over to the Property Management team. Property Management is responsible for managing the repairs, collecting rent, lease renewal, eviction, late payment, and all concerns after receiving the keys.

STEP 3 – COMPLETE THE CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT DOCUMENT

Check-In / Check-Out List as part of the move-in package. Complete the Check-In / Check-Out List, then provide a copy to the Property Management and keep a copy for your records. Comply and follow Michigan Law.

Send the completed Check-In / Check-Out List to the property management company. Refer to the lease for details. in the lease.
STEP 4 – NOW YOU HAVE THE KEYS:

The property management provides several ways to pay rent and submit a Maintenance Work Order. To submit payment or a Maintenance Work Order use the following online tool.
